HIV Health Services
HMC offers specialized support and resources for trans masculine, nonbinary, and gender-expansive individuals navigating HIV-related health challenges, promoting holistic well-being and community support.
Support Groups
HMC partners with Transinclusive Group to provide a safe and inclusive space for trans masculine, nonbinary, and gender-expansive individuals to connect, share experiences, and receive support from peers and mental health professionals on the 2nd Thursday and includes allies and accomplices on the 4th Thursday monthly.
Education & Training Referrals
We connect trans masculine, nonbinary, and gender-expansive individuals to educational resources and training programs tailored to empower, promoting personal growth, mental well-being, and leadership development.
Housing & Employment Support
HMC provides counseling, assessments and placement resources to assist trans masculine, nonbinary, and gender-expansive individuals in securing stable housing and meaningful employment, fostering independence and well-being.
